2007 May - Puzzle Weblog - Passion for Puzzles
I find that I'm really enjoying the Inversion Puzzle. It is an earlier puzzle-a vintage puzzle you could call it and if you're stuck for a solution look it up on Jaaps Puzzle page. My next project is
Ideal toys original Rubik's Zigzaw Puzzle. A true original.

I've got 2 puzzles from Nova Scotia (Yes we have great puzzles in Canada) safecracker and "X".
They are both $19.95 Canadian. I've also purchased the Wizard's Workshop which was pricey:$49.95 and it's all about making your own string puzzles. I thinkthat family Games America is a great Company!! Would someone be able to let me know if they have any of these 3 puzzles and what they thought??

Puzzles from Florida.

Hi everyone! It seems as though you can get great stuff in Florida. While I was there last week
I got the Titanium Version of the Rubik's revolution. The games are fun on it especially Pattern panic. Your memory is in question here for sure. The Rubik's twist was silly. It didn't come with a design bookletso that it is almost futile. Book-A-Million is big in the southern states and the purchases there for puzzle books was amazing. I even enjoyed Nathan Haselbauer's latest New Book of IQ Puzzles! I got a crossword collection from Myles Mellor and Cranium Crackers Lateral Thinking Puzzles from Sweetwater Press.

I've discovered some variations on newer jigsaw puzzles. There are perpetual puzzles-from
lagoon puzzles in the UK. and jigfinity from the same company.
A couple of mentions in the games category that remind me of puzzle strategy: Burley Games from germany (from peter Burley) has the solo player game:Take it easy. "Six" is an abstract strategy game of shapes and placement for either 2 or 4 players.
